Sally Smith 34 Year- Ihuman -Case Study-Burning pain when urinating

Patient is 34 years old with type 2 diabetes presenting with dysuria, increased frequency, urgency, right flank pain, dark colored urine, chills and decreased urine, new onset of chills, lack of glycemic control for the past 2 days. Physical Exam reveals temperature of 101, orthostatic blood pressure, suprapubic tenderness and positive right “punch” test.
